Travel to _blank_ with Egee! (Patreon)

This video was probably the most intellectually stimulating video I've worked on so far!

The origin is rather convoluted and I rewrote it about a dozen times. In retrospect, doing a video about a country I've never visited probably wasn't the best idea but hey, I learned stuff about Alberta & Canada while making it! 😂

I originally wanted this video to be themed after The Rescuers with Tiny Egee but I kind of want to write a series of videos with continuity and Tiny Egee just wasn't working for this idea.

I also wrote a short story about time traveling Egee but it was too complicated. Most of that script lived on though - I call our trip "timeless" which is from the original time traveler script I wrote lol

I settled on the "just jump into the photograph" because it's easy to explain (with magic! 🪄) and it gave me crazy good Magic School Bus vibes. It ends up being a whimsical asmr video with an educational theme and I'm happy with that!

So basically, Egee is a Husky with a superpower that allows him to jump into any photograph 😅

I was inspired to talk about Canada & Alberta's Rockies because of some photos Linux Mint ships with. They are by Andy Holms on Unsplash and he happened to have several super high-quality photos at the ideal angle & resolution for a video.

If people dig this format, I could travel around my local area and take cool photos for videos just like these! There's just so much I could do with this format, both in ASMR video format but also IRL as Egee!
