Mel Tillis and The Statesiders - "Big Balls In Cowtown" (Full Album, 1988)

Mel Tillis (1932-2017) was an American country music singer whose career reached its biggest peak in the 1970's. This album is from 1988, so a little bit past Mel's prime. I found this cassette tape in a Salvation Army thrift store and I bought it because the title said "big balls" and I'm mentally a child. Turns out this album was autographed by Mel! Don't know how much that makes it worth but it's cool. "Big Balls In Cowtown" is a collection of what I can only describe as "sad country music". Songs about longing for lost love and all that. Sounds like something out of Fallout: New Vegas. The titular "Big Balls" song is a cover apparently. This album isn't on YouTube as the platform seems to have completely ignored Mel Tillis' body of work. Maybe someone out there will appreciate this upload. Track listing: 0:00 - Take Me Back To Tulsa 3:02 - Heart to Heart Talk 6:08 - San Antonio Rose 8:47 - Milk Cow Blues 14:16 - Makes No Difference Now 17:29 - Faded Love 21:44 - Silver Bells 24:05 - Maiden's Prayer 28:10 - Big Balls in Cowtown 31:06 - The Yearning
