That final shot of the open window is beautiful and I love your interpretation of it as the pov of Bill and Frank's resting place. It is also a direct homage to the loading screen of the first game, which was an image of a window with sunlight diffusing through its curtain and the encroaching vines. One of many fantastic details and salutations to people familiar the game.
