Little life update:
Recently I decided to take some time and take care of my aching back. My chiropractic is doing a great job so far, and even though some sessions are damn awful, I can see some improvement in my posture and pains that subsided. My mom suggested that I should go to her friend who does massage and works with Evminov board, so you can imagine my sorry ass stretched out on that damn plank pretty soon.
I'm just a bit bummed out that it will consume a big chunk of my time... But it's better to take care of it now that have some more serious problems in the future 🤟
