The video update is interesting and I appreciate the experiment, but I hope they don't supplant text-based updates entirely. I like being able to absorb the information at a glance, or skip ahead in an update without having to leap blindly. I've just paused this video at the three minute mark, when you give your spoiler warning, and in this format, there isn't really a way to know if it's safe to rejoin things at any point, which I think isn't a problem in a static format, where you can see the whole of a thing at once, rather than having to experience it a frame at a time.

Thanks for the feedback! A big fat spoiler warning graphic should work to allow video flipping. People can then just turn off the sound and turn it back on once the graphic is gone. Providing a transcript would be extra work, but not impossible. And I don't think all my updates are going to be video in future. Just a sneaky suspicion. It takes a good bit longer to make the video updates and the law of business says sometimes it just won't be possible. Plus I can easily imagine weeks when I just don't have that much to say.
