Starting off the month with what i feel is a pretty important step in the production process. I've been banging my head against the wall for about a week now trying to settle on a werewolf design that I actually ~liked~. ive got a bunch of other doodles that didnt make the cut. I'll include em in case anyone finds that process interesting! Theyre generally in order from oldest to newest from the top down.

Might be just me, but that design doesn't say "werewolf" to me when I look at it. Take that as you will, for all I know that could be intended.

It is intended to a degree. I wanted to play with the visual expectations of a werewolf somewhat, plus I have a soft spot for those kind of werewolf designs that feel less like a wolf on two legs and more like a true in-between form. There are a few things I’m reconsidering though, such as going for paws for feet rather than more humanoid toes

Paws for feet and maybe the same longer fur effects for the legs as you did for her forearms might be cool too. It's her face that really throws me off, her nose like more like a weregorilla's than a werewolf's(not that weregorillas arent also cool as fuck)
