Question, does the girls you get in your cell can you at any point post them back into the strip club or you gotta reset the stuff to do it??

You have to reset their device for that. So you should probably make sure that you're really, really sure you can afford to move them to the cells in the first place before you do it. Or just use the cheat menu to make more money, that works too...
