So since we have the release of v.0.0.2 is behind us I want to give you some context on where we stand with the goals for March. Firstly we have the majority of all the system and prototypes in the game now, meaning when we start plugging in story and assets we should be able to move at a consistent pace. The improvement in our design over our previous project is that all calculations will be held in the main city, where the other project had calculations spread across multiple scenes. This created a massive bottleneck in the later stages of development, and content slowed to a crawl. This is what we are attempting to avoid. So what are the goals for March. This month we are going to be creating as many art assets as possible (building interiors, character sheets, portraits, companions, etc), with much of the bulk of visuals created we can move forward and start piecing how the player progresses through the world. It becomes then a matter of what asset to put in along with the dialogue and then we have the makings of content. Our goal is to have a fully playable demo for public release no later than June. With the game being finished on Patreon in June/July. That means we should be near a third-half way through the development when v.0.0.3 releases.
