Gunsmoke Games Values (Patreon)

Recently it became evident that the values in which Gunsmoke Games was built around were not known. A lot has changed in the last 4.5 years since we started this company. So we decided to give a little refresher on some of these values. 

People over Profits

Before this company even started we had a simple value that we wanted to build our business around. That value is to be a people first company where profits are a secondary concern. Profits are not above the people we have in or around our company.

We show our work! (Transparency) 

This was and still is a big one for us. It’s the reason we have timelines, and why we haven’t abandon those yet. We believe in showing our work always, simple as that. 

Keeping the lights on

By far the biggest value that dictates our decisions within the company. We want to make sure that we are around for a long time. Being at the top would be nice, but we won’t take unnecessary risks to get there. This means you can expect us to make games for a very long time.
