The game seems to give me a black screen any time I try to enter a cell EDIT: Seems like the exhibition room and trying to have sex with basically anyone also gives me a black screen.

do you need to start a new game or can a previous save work for the update. talia has not popped up on my saved file on day 337 nothing changes from day to day. everything was completed before update.

So the patch update seems to have messed up the costume system. Some of the characters can't unlock certain variations like Terra in the Bordello, while Artemis and Blackfire both had costumes already unlocked despite the story not having reached that point for either.
