This could be a good place to send the  party after a TPK, giving them another chance to either negotiate their  way through, or even just making a break for it.

Alternatively,  this could be where the demon the party has been hunting tends to  reside. This could also be the site of a rescue mission as the party is  teleported in to try and save someone close to the party.
