The phoenix is the most beneficial. If you get killed, you can revive. You're healing tears could be helpful for healing Big Sister (assuming it would work the same on changelings). You're feathers can revive others, which you could give to Big Sister to assist her on her journey. And you'll have a friendly appearance, so other ponies won't try to chase you away (although Fluttershy does tend to make friends with manticores).

Phoenix. The healing may come in handy should you find out the source of the green trail earlier. Revival is also a benefit that should keep you safe even if HP hits 0

Phoenix. You're here to help, and a phoenix doesn't only have the most useful abilities for this purpose, but ponies will also be more likely to see you as a friendly critter instead of a monster.

Dangit, why didn't we think of that healing idea XP Anyway, like many I see above me, the Phoenix seems to be both the most useful and the most helpful, especially with tah tlast one. All the rest are associated with bad things, but the Phoenix is associated with almost all good (except the fact Philomena's a damn troll :P) But yes, my choice is Phoenix.

It would be a shame to get cursed and not even manage to talk to the pony you got cursed for. I'd like to pick siren so you can still talk, but I know that would end in her running away and you unwilling to use your song to make her not fear you. So you'd better become a phoenix and hope you can communicate without words.

the sinful princess should become a tantabus and continue to help her step-sister even though it would be harder to do....even though she could convey everything through the dreamscape. remember the tantabi??? can enter the dreams of ponies....since she was a pony originally she cant just become something thats made in a different scape.
