I subscribed to Nerd Immersion and the others because of the giveaway - and I hadn't stumbled upon them yet. So good for both sides. I'm newer to the hobby, but early on found you and a few others and kind of stuck to that as my 'core' information. Always good to add others, even if I don't have time to watch them all. I'm hoping the folks that found you in the same way will stay and participate. :)

It's always a hard balance between seeking growth and having a tight community. Gotta do some of that marketing thing and at the same time keep the community close. I think being transparent about that and always working on getting better at the balance will be an ongoing journey.

Thanks for the update man- crazy times for you all! Moving is always a chore, but moving twice in a year would just be painful! I feel for ya bro. But it’ll be so worth it in the end with a house you guys have a say in designing! In the Smooth household we recently had an unwelcome visitor: COVID! My wife and three kiddos (ages 7, 4, and 2) all came down with it. We are both vaccinated too. I never got it, and tested on days 3, 5, and 10 to be sure (I am in constant contact with people at my job). Thankfully none of them had severe symptoms, only sinus and runny nose stuff. But everyone’s back to health and doing great! One day maybe all this COVID stuff will be behind us…

I'm so glad they are doing better! Sick kids are a LOT of work but thankfully both parents weren't sick too - that's a terrible combo!
