I can honestly say that this story has quickly become one of my favourite stories that you have written and has moved itself into the top 3 that I love going back to and rereading whenever I am waiting for new updates from you or other writers. It has also become my favourite Ranma crossover story that you have written and beat out ‘Wild Wolf’. Now just general praise of the story itself before I dive into the actual chapter. I think the part that I have come to love the most about the story is the changes that you have made to the characters themselves. They way that they have grown so much in the presence of Raffy and the fact that they have kept their core traits while still growing so much. More importantly is that you have removed Usopp from the Strawhat crew even if he is still part of the series peripherally as Usopp was one of my least favourite characters tied with Broock. I am hoping that Brock will grow and become a character that I will actually come to like and feel he has a place in the team. Now onto Raffy, I can honestly say that although I think the Goro-Goro no Mi fits his style considering he is built for speed and how it can make his attacks come in even faster and gives him a way to attack from a longer range that has meaningful damager; I really wanted to see him getting the Gura-Gura no Mi. I love Whitebeard and if he were to die I would not want it to happen in the same poor situation, but I just found the idea of Raffy being able to enhance his attacks with power of Gura-Gura no Mi when using the Amaguriken to attack. I know that it would be overkill in some cases and for the most part does not fit his style but the image has stuck with me ever since the Battle of Marineford. I really loved the fight between Zoro and Gion as I felt that it was something that he needed to grow as a character both as a swordsman and his capabilities. I know he knows as a person that he has a long way to go before he can take the title as the Greatest Swordsman but Gion has been the first person who was a pure swordswoman and was able to beat him. Knowing that he is going to be working even harder to grow and might even demand more training from Raffy. But more than that we got a chance to see how strong he has become, here is able to take on a Vice-Admiral of the Navy and not just some random one or someone who is just a capable Vice-Admiral but someone that was considered to become an Admiral. So although he was not able to defeat her and she did have the upper hand in the fight all things considered it was close enough that one wrong move by her would have meant her loss. As such I really want her to become a reoccurring character that can be used to push Zoro to greater heights and that will be pushed by him in turn. Moreover, with he propensity to follow her own Moral Justice there is a part of me that wants to see her leave the marines and join the Strawhats and become another one of those characters that could be someone that Zoro could enter a relationship with; even though I know that is not likely to happen unless under the most extreme of circumstances. There is a part of me that wanted to see more of Hina but with the information that she told Tsuru and the way that the crew has grown I cannot see her being capable of combating any of the main attackers nor do I feel that Raffy would treat her the same way unless she was to leave the Marines. The whole scene between Garp, Tsuru and Sengoku was so impactful and it is going to change everything when it comes to the future of the series. Not only did Garp actually go against the Marines not even something he did for Ace in this story and the original series but with the effort that was probably put in to stop him might have just made things easier for the Strawhats and potentially Whitebeard when they go to rescue Ace. I am also really looking forward to what will happen when Garp finds himself in Impel Down and if it would have been something that was to be permanent or until Sengoku felt he had calmed down enough. If he is placed next to Ace and hearing what has happened while he has been locked up will that make Ace more determined to get out or will he have insight for Garp that could change things. But more than that I am looking forward to seeing Garp’s reaction when Ranko makes an appearance and what that will mean for both of them, I expect a number of ‘Fists of Love’ coming his/her way. The interactions between the Captain’s of the worst generation, Zoro, and Rayleigh was interesting as after everything I feel that Zoro could take on any one of the Captain’s individually and with the force of personality between Zoro and Sanji it gives everyone a measure of Luffy if he is able to have two strong crew members. Moreover, with Ranko if she is able to get out of Impel Down and the situation without any damage to her reputation, she is going to have so many eyes on her with the way that she was able to deal with Sanji, both the good and the bad. Regardless of what happens next chapter I am looking forward to seeing where this story will go and what will happen in the next chapter and the future of the series.

This comment is a little late but I figured I can still post it. I love the twist you added with Garp. I'm unsure how the showdown between whitebeard and the marines is going to go now because the marines are severely understrength compared to canon. I think, narratively, it still makes sense for whitebeard to die, but I have faith that you won't actually kill Ace. I think you could use Garp instead, which you might already be aiming for. That way you could have events still somewhat follow canon. The only issue with that is that I don't believe there is anyone capable of killing Garp besides the Yonko, and they wouldn't be willing to work with the world government. You could also being in some non canon elements from the movies or characters we don't know much about yet like Kong. Anyway, I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter.
