I have to say that this arc better be more than filler because this is the longest one yet and its it's annoying to get invested when I have to wait so long. It's great and all but the cliffhangers are killing me in this 4 chapter arc. The arc is frustrating because ican feel so much plot armor going on that its frustrating and it's on both sides. Maybe I'm just getting tired of Egypt because I dont know where this story is going anymore and its wearing on me. The worst is that objectively it's great writing but I am not connecting with the characters anymore. Well if that made since I just hope you finnish the arc soon and help me find the since of direction the story is going because I dont want to feel anger at the end of your updates on FILFY teacher

I... fail to see how you can even think this arc is filler? So much has happened, and continues to happen that it is going to shape the whole story from here on. As for plot armor? While I suppose I can see your point, none but Akeno's surviving was out of character or based on a sudden shift in the environment. I think the problem here is you are assuming I am just using this to power up Harry before I go back to the canon DxD plot. Don't assume that. Indeed, this whole arc has thrown that idea out the window.
