Hey Guys! so, I realize it is a few days later but lost track of time this weekend. Anyway, it is time for me to post the first July poll, and this time it is… the Patron Only Poll. There are reasons of course. One, the story rotation is now going to restart. 2, I feel like HP got the majority of my time this month, and I think at this point the first poll is almost but not quite a formality LOL. and Three, this month I haven’t done one.

And now, a quick sitrep: FILFy was sent back to me by Nad Destroyer and is now off to it’s second editor. We will see how well/quickly he can do. Stallion is done and off to Tomon. I will be sending it to Hiryo soon, and then merging the two versions. I will say now I have made the decision to keep Stallion in the Small Story poll in July as well. This chapter didn’t cover nearly as much territory as I had hoped.

The Semblance of Hope episode is already with Hiryo.

And Fate Touched is… coming along? I am still not happy with the battle scene. I think it’s the juxtaposition of the dragon’s size against that of the dwarves, and the whole underground thing. Either of them I could deal with (the recent chapter of Bhaalson is good for that kind of thing, both combined is harder. At least at this point I’m pretty well-satisfied by the smug bastard’s character and spoken portions.

Now without further ado, here are the three (as I said, the rotation has restarted) choices:

Sword, Bow and Horse – Ranma/Lord Marksman and Vanadis crossover: Lim arrives in the capital of Zchted to present herself to the king, quickly coming to understand why Elen has always said that politics are horrible. the king fails to impress but impresses upon her a few bits of information, before sending her on her way once more, whereupon Lim learns she has left one war behind to join another. Meanwhile, back in Brune, the campaign in the mountains continues, matching two very different armies against one another, a battle not unlike that of a bear and a wolf with Elen, Tigre and Ranma doing all they can to slow or halt the enemy. With the special scouts’ abilities somewhat stymied, the battle starts to turn against the defenders before aide comes twice-over. But despite that, Muozinel’s numbers and organization prove too great, forcing Ranma to make a decision that he knows will haunt him before creating a legend that will haunt Muozinel for a long, long time.

Bhaalson Remodel – HP/Baldur’s Gate/Gamer crossover: After a brief respite, the Adventurers go on their way, heading downward to find the last of the Heart Stones and the Dungeon Boss. Both the area where both items are found and the battle turns out to be nothing like what Harry and the others anticipated, as the Dungeon Boss calls in more assassin-type help. The battle is furious but ends with a pyrrhic victory as the enemy proves to be sore losers. The waters rise, and Harry falls with a few of his companions into it’s watery depths, while the others are forced to retreat. Imoen discovers a new ability from Harry’s Map, while Harry battles several new animals, bigotry and makes a new friend in a certain dusky-skinned distressed maiden. Meanwhile, tempers flair within the party and Imoen is forced to play peacemaker as they search for their friends and loved ones. Meanwhile, Harry finds himself dragged into a few local issues in return for the help he needs for his companions, while his new friend proves both useful and distracting until they all meet up once more, with more clues to follow on their way to Beregost.

Making Waves – Ranma/Fairy Tail crossover: Ranma and his fellows make the acquaintance of a whole village of very big people, and, while Jenny and Juvia attempt to convince young Flare to head to Fairy Tail and join the guild, Natsu has a very weird discussion with a talking fire and then picks a fight. Because he’s Natsu. Meanwhile, Ranma gives Gajeel some one on one time, Happy learns a few new tricks, and Jenny and Juvia cause Ranma to nearly die of heart-failure. After a few days training, they leave the village with Flare in tow, to be send to Fairy Tail by way of a short stopover in Bosco. Astonishingly the rest of their trip to the border of Pergrande goes without a hitch, but at the border this good luck is paid for as they run into an Orc incursion. After helping to beat it back, the group, with the warnings, and shouts of ‘madness’ ringing in their ears, head into the interior of the continent, their first goal in mind and a direction chosen, only to learn very quickly why the Blasted Lands are so dangerous.

This poll will run to the 6th. That way I can start work on the winner and get it done before the large story poll ends. The Large Story poll will be up on the 1st and end on the 14th. The small story poll will be posted at that point as well, although that one will last until the 24th.

Oh, and in other news: the episode style update for August is hereby cancelled. I am going to have a family week in there, and I know that really drains the amount of time I can spend on writing. The size of the Patron Only story will probably also suffer, but not all that much.
