And here is the small story poll. Because A Third Path to the Future won, FILFy Teacher is not on here. This is deliberate. The last time I tried to do both ATP and FILFy in one month, I barely had any time for anything else. Both in terms of writing and real life, LOL.

Anyway, the four choices this month are:

Gods and Devils and Horses, Oh My– Ranma/Highschool DxD crossover: While a Very Big Man uses his Very Large Voice in the Vatican, Ranma is subjected to a few more last moments of eye-dropping goodness. Afterward, Ranma and the others head back to Kuoh, where they discover a human cockroach by the name of Happosai has moved in. Eventually however, Ranma deciding to bite the bullet after getting some good advice, has a conversation with his friends, then Rias and Saeko, while Koneko has her own long-overdue conversation, which does not go anywhere near where either she or the other participant could ever have foreseen. Meanwhile, Gabriel, after having been thoroughly humiliated, receives a call to come home, makes some promises, and passes on some information. The next day, Ranma receives some news that he sees as excellent, Rias passes on some news and takes some tests, and plans begin to form both in Kuoh and elsewhere.

Stallion of the Line – One Piece/Ranma Crossover: Going in search of an alternative shipwright proves more troublesome than Ranma had hoped, although nothing he and Robin can’t handle, much to the chagrin of a certain speedo-wearer. While that conversation changes slowly from fists to actual verbal communication, Nami and Makino continue to try to get Iceberg to agree to work on the Resolve personally. This doesn’t work, but they learn about a few local maritime troubles, while also getting a report on their ship, which, while not as bad as it could be, is pretty bad, although not out of their price range. Secrets are discussed nearby as a angry ventriloquist hears some news, and Jabra and his companions move around, trying to find the straw hats, and thanks to the vagaries of fate, having no luck. Secrets are also coming out back with Robin and Luffy, to much awe and delight of the listeners, as Franky agrees to work on their ship for a price, eagerly talking weapons and wood with Ranma. That night, as a party is held, plans are made, and then put into motion. Chaos and death come to Water 7 that very night as Rob Lucci and his fellows making their move with the help of several ships worth of pawns, while over the horizon, doom waits, watching for an opportunity…

Magic of the force – SW/HP crossover: While the war is still stuck on third gear, Harry and Aayla head to meet with Master Gallia at her space station before heading on to Ruusan. At both stops they are welcomed and discover that they are not the only ones who have been very, very busy. The Ruusan Sector’s representatives tell Harry and the others of certain moves they have made declaring formal war on the Confederacy, and proves to, surprisingly, be in the position to contribute ships rather than simply resources and personnel. What Master Fay and Lily have been up to astonishes Harry and Aayla as well, although not nearly as much as being within the field of Fay’s Force Font does the younglings and Jedi with them, the absence of the Veil acting like removing a ton of rock from the back of people who have carried the weight all their lives. Some of Fay and Lily’s work, however, have long reaching implications which Harry is quick to jump on, having created an entirely new way for the Force to shows it’s power: potions. Spending time with family and introducing Ahsoka goes by quickly, while elsewhere, Sidious tries to put further plans in motion, and the war starts to ramp up once more.

Fate Touched in Middle Earth – Tolkien/HP crossover: With Thorin leading the way, for once the party has a pleasant journey up the mountain, although looking for a door that is invisible from the outside isn’t so pleasant. Nor is the waiting, or what awaits inside, as Harry and Bilbo, once the last light etc shines, have to venture inside. Following a map given to them by memory and vague impressions, the two of them head deeper into the mountain, discovering not only that dragons have no sense of interior design, but that yes, Smaug is very much alive, if thankfully sleeping. Scouting around, takes quite some time, but Thorin and Balin are able to come up with a plan to slay the dragon. Through knowledge, making Smaug extremely angry, and the adroit use of the fact that even a dragon needs leverage at times, they take the fight to the dragon, who proves that his conquest of an entire kingdom of dwarves and the destruction of a kingdom of men was not a fluke. Gryffindor courage comes into play as the dragon demands its due in blood, before the final confrontation, one which only one side will survive.

This poll will last until the 17th.
