February Patron Only Poll (Patreon)

Hey all. As I said earlier, here is the February Patron Only poll. For those who have forgotten, or are entirely new, this is a rotation restart month, which means that all three of the current patron only stories are up for voting. This does not include Death’s Avenger, which has instead become part of the Episode-style updates. Nor does it include any of my past one-shots. Those one-shots may join this poll when one of the stories on it is finished, or perhaps when one of my other stories has come to an end.

The choices for this poll are

Making Waves – Ranma/Fairy Tail crossover:  With Acnologia’s wings having passed them by, anger and grief abound in equal measure among Fairy Tail and their friends, reminding all, in particular one young couple, of how life can be much shorter than you could wish. Funerals are held and a torch passed, as Makarov makes a decision that was years in the making. After making a report on events, Ranma, Erza, Juvia and Jenny have some alone time after helping Wendy and Carla with their own sadness. The next day, Carla is furious, Happy weepy, and Natsu wrathful, before an oath is made and Seilah becomes suspicious. At Natsu’s suggestion a wake to end all wakes livens things up but also causes tremendous property damages. Afterward, suggestions abound as to how to train and get stronger, with Ranma coming up with an idea that is as crazily dangerous as any of Genma’s training schemes. With summer fully upon them, Ranma hits the road once more with a much expanded crew, eager to explore and train in equal measure, the target of which is to grow strong enough to hunt Acnologia down and put the black dragon into his grave.

Bhaalson Remodel – HP/Gamer/Baldur’s Gate crossover:  Harry leads his party (and the rest of his companions into the mines, eager to come to grips with the problem that has brought the Sword Coast to the brink of war and may lead him to Gorion’s killer. At first all goes well, with Harry and Imoen being asked a question that makes them very thoughtful about the future. Shortly after that however, things go awry as the party realizes that traps are pure evil and that looking for them should be automatic as breathing if you wish to continue to do so. Jaheira and Khalid have a close encounter of the fire kind, Branwen shows that when one has a hammer every problem looks like a nail, and Edwin and Dynaheir snipe at one another and the enemy. Miners are found and freed, clues are found and taken into Harry’s Item Space, and Imoen decides that there is no kill like overkill. With the secret of their Blood Magic wearing thin, the Adventurers face the challenge of the Dungeon Boss, with unforeseen consequences, doing the one thing that no one should ever do in a horror movie: Split the party.

Sword, Bow and Horse – Ranma/Lord Marksman and Vanadis crossover: Astonishment abound as Lim and the Viralt Muma get to know one another, much to the detriment of a group of Thenardier’s soldiers who really should have heard the rumors about what happens if you attack a woman out on her own. After that however, reality settles in, and Lim leaves the army after a tearful (and panty wetting) farewell from Ranma in order to present herself to Zhcted’s king. Meanwhile, Ranma, Elen and Tigre are forced to attack the invading army of Muozinel rather than their original target, trusting in his patriotism to do the right thing. Despite Elen and Tigre performing minor tactical miracles, the Silver Meteor Army finds itself faced with numbers well beyond what they had thought forcing Ranma to, in his words, show off a bit, much to the shock and awe of everyone who lives through witnessing it.  With one invasion broken, The Silver Meteor Army and it’s new allies race south to face Thenardier in a final battle to decide the future of Brune, while elsewhere, Valentina leads her people in a war against the warlord of the steppes, who proves to be a far greater, and much more numerous, foe than she had feared.

Thinking about it, that Making Waveschapter might have the least amount of action in it of any Ranma story chapter I’ve ever written… Funny. Anyway, there you all have it. This poll will go to the ninth of February.  I will post the small story poll on the first of that month, which will run until I send off the winner of this poll to it’s first editor.

I also want to give a shout out to Kariston Draconis, M B and Thomas Horton for their support of how I spent my time this past week LOL. I am just really happy at the amount of mental wherewithal my grandmother has seemingly recovered just because of spending time with me in my car and the various doctors offices (and lunch out everyday heh).
