September Poll Results (Patreon)

Alright everyone, it is time to close the two polls for September. I will be opening the polls for October on Tuesday. (trying to turn over a new leaf here).  MW has been gotten back to me from my first editor and is off to the second, and FILFy is back from it’s first and will be off to Michael Duggan tomorrow.

I have also decided to shift my priorities. To let my editors have more time, I will be working on the small story first, and sending it off to be edited. While that is being done, I will work on the large story poll and send it off in pieces, something I've been loathe to do up to this point, to its editors. Hopefully, in this manner the overall quality of the works I finally post will go up.

With that said, here we go!

First the large story poll:

In the largest victory I have seen in this poll in a very, very long time, Magic of the Force walked away with it. It scored a whopping 1604 to 1096 for Horse of the Force.  I did not anticipate people would want to see the political talk coming up next chapter, but there you are.

And now the small story poll! 

Remember guys only the first place winner is going to be updated from this poll thanks to the work on FILFy this month.

Anything Goes Game Changer came in last, with 476 votes, with 126 coming from over on fanfic. I suppose this is because it’s been updated most recently, and a lot of people don’t have really strong feelings towards it one way or another? 

Bhaalson Remodel came in with 610, beating out AGGC despite the votes from fanfic. I like that a lot of you are trying to support this fic.

Fate Touched came in third place with 942, with a decent showing from fanfic at 236.

And in second place was Gods and Devils and Wild Horses, Oh My. It brought in 202 over on fanfic, and had a total of 1,054.

But, for the second time running, Stallion of the Line won!!! It scored a total of 1,123 with 203 votes coming in from fanfic. 

This poll I am… both happy and sad about. Part of me is very happy because I want to continue with Stallion until the Skypeia arc is done. But I also would really like to get the next chapters of Fate Touched and GDWHOM up. GDWHOM has been outlined and ready to be started for a long time, and I might have typed out two different outlines for Fate Touched it’s been so long LOL.

That being said, Fate Touched is the story that hasn’t been updated for the longest time, so next month I am going to be evil. Fate Touched will be the only HP story in the small story poll both here and over on fanfic. ATP will be the large story in October and FILFy… well while I can cut FILFy down to medium, I don’t think I’ve yet been able to force myself to make it a small chapter, and I don’t want to try to write it at the same time I’m working on ATP, just like the small stories. Sorry FILFy fans, but don’t worry it’s only for one month. 

Of course, with no large story poll next month, I will also be having a patron-only story poll…
