Chapter 91: Fighting Oz

The giant felt compelled to follow the order. He got down from the ship’s mast that He was climbing and walked back to the destroyed tower.

“Oz!, I order you to kill this pest!”

The giant growled.

“Don't interrupt my adventure!” The giant complained. He was having fun, exploring the island.

“Adventure my ass!. I made you! Follow my orders already!.” Shouted Moria.

Oz looked at Vivi.

“Fine! I want more food afterward!.”

Moria was shocked. “But you already are like half out… never mind. Yes, you can have all the food you want after doing your job.”

This seemed to do the trick. The giant pulled his arms back and prepared to attack. “Gomu Gomu no…Gatling!!” 

“Wait, you moron! let me get out of the tower first!” Shouted Moria as he hurried to flee.

Before Oz started to punch the tower, Vivi flew some distance away.

The giant didn't notice this and keep destroying the tower.

“Stop it already, she is not there anymore!” Moria turned his shadow into a big bat and made it fly him toward Oz, who had finally stopped punching the remains of the tower.

“Stay still for a moment” Morian then sent his shadow to an artificial space they created around Oz's belly. The shadow took the shape of Moria and stood inside.

“Water blade!” Vivi appeared behind Oz and send the most powerful attack she could muster.

The blade just managed to give the giant a shallow cut before it lost its strength.

“Tsk…cutting his head will be impossible. What do I do?” Muttered Vivi.

“Arg!, that hurt!” Oz complained. “Gomu Gomu no!...pistol!” He sent a punch toward Vivi but she flew out of the way.

“Got you!” Moria shouted.

Oz's arm twisted in an impossible position and grabbed Vivi out of the air.

“Eh?” said Oz in shock. “My arm moved on its own!”

“That was me, Oz!.” Said Moria from his position at Oz's waist. “By controlling your shadow, I can make your body move in impossible ways.”

“Don't interfere with my fight!” Yelled Oz.

Moria chuckled. “I won't interfere, just assist you a bit.”

Oz opened his hand a bit to look at Vivi and realized that she was not there anymore.

“What?” He looked confused. “Where did she go?”

“I'm over here, big guy!” Called Vivi, who was standing some distance away. 

Oz looked over and gave her an intense glare. “How did you escape?”

“Well, you know…is a bit hard to catch water.” Said Vivi.

“Vivi!” She heard several people calling for her.

“Oh, you guys made it.” Greeted Vivi.

It was Robin, Franky, and Brook. Behind them were also Zoro, Sanji, Usopp and Chopper.

“And the Captain?” Asked Vivi.

“We encounter some of the other victims of Moria. They told us about a method to help us. Luffy will come soon, we need to hold this guy until then.” It was Sanji then one who answered.

“Hold him, uh?” Said Vivi.

“Gomu Gomu no….stamp!” Oz rose his feet over Vivi and then brought it down on her.

“Vivi!” The Strawhats cried.

She used soru to move out of the way.

“He is super strong and resilient, but not very fast.” Vivi pointed out.

She then threw the sword she was carrying at Zoro.

“Look, I got you a souvenir”

Zoro took the sword and inspected it.

“This is a very high quality sword…it could even be one of the meito. Where did you get this?” 

“From an old samurai.” That was all that Vivi said.

Oz growled with anger and prepared to attack again.

“Gomu Gomu no…”

“Here he comes! be careful!” Warned Sanji.

“Sukoppu !” Oz shaped his hand like a shovel and tried to scoop them from the ground.

Sanji jumped in the air and kicked Oz’s face as hard as he could but didn't do much.

Oz then went to attack Sanji but was stopped when his face was lit on fire.

“Firebird star!” Shouted Usopp.

“My turn… let's try this thing,” Zoro said while looking at his new blade. 

“Ichi gorilla…ni gorilla…” His arms became bigger. He then jumped until he was around the level of the giant's head.

“Santouryu…Nigori Zake!” 

He slashed with his three swords at this face. Oz's neck was twisted 90 degrees to avoid being cut.

“What?, how can He move his neck like that?” Shouted Zoro.

“That's Moria's ability. He can use his control over Oz’s shadow to bend him in the shape he wants.” Explained Vivi.

“Gomu Gomu no…Kazan” Oz kicked Zoro up in the sky.

“Eat this! Weapons left!” Franky shot a projectile at Oz but this one dodged it with great flexibility.

“Cien fleur…Spider net!” Robin created a net of hands to catch Zoro as he was falling.

“What about this! Hissatsu…salt star!” Usopp shooted a small bag of salt that went into Oz's mouth.

They waited for a moment but nothing changed. Luffys shadow was still inside the giant.

“It must not have been enough for that huge body!” Concluded Chopper.

“Tsk, nothing that we do works with this guy.” Said Sanji.“Do you have any idea, Vivi?.” He asked.

“Now that you mentioned it…” Vivi looked around and used her observation haki to feel for the surrounding auras. “We don't really need to defeat Oz to win. We just need to get rid of the one controlling it.”

“Moria? But He is on the giant's belly.” Sanji had clearly seen the figure of Moria inside that man-made compartment around Oz’s belly.

“No, that's just his shadow. But the real one cannot be too far away, if you give me a moment….oh!, found him!” Exclaimed Vivi with joy.

“Keep the big guy occupied.”

“Are you going to fight Moria by yourself? Is too dangerous!” Cried Sanji.

“I can handle him. He lacks his most important weapon right now. Try to not get too hurt before the Captain arrives.” Vivi gave Sanji a wink before disappearing with soru.
