Chapter 37: Brawl

 When they arrived at the ruins there was already a big fight going on.

There were Shandians, Holy Soldiers, a giant snake, a bald guy with a sword, a giant dog, and two men laying down on the ground.

“Wiper!” Laki yelled after seeing one of the men on the ground.

‘Oh, right that’s Wiper…wait, the other one is Zoro.’

“Zoro! What are you doing on the ground? Taking a nap already?” She only teased him because she knew that Zoro could take a lot more than that.

Zoro grunted after hearing her and started to stand up.

“Let's see… in the Upper Yard ruins there are four holy soldiers, those two on the ground, five shandians warriors, and two intruders from the blue sea. To those, we add the giant snake and Holy” The bald Priest said. He then turned his gaze to Vivi.

“You are the one that killed Shura…let me give you a warning, I am much stronger that him!”

“You are also a lot more outnumbered” Vivi pointed out.

“It's time for the final showdown. Let's do that move, Holy!” The priest said to his dog.

The giant dog started to run around the ruins, leaving behind some sort of barbed wire.

“What's going on?!”

“What is that dog doing?!” The Shandians said.

One of the Holy Soldiers chuckled.

“You guys are trapped now. This is the real trial of iron!”

The ruins were now covered in a dome of wire.

“The white thorn death-match!” The Prest called.

“How pointless.” Zoro stood up. “Not like I was planning on running away.”

“You fools! The cage is not merely there to prevent you from escaping! its made of barbed wire. Witch means tha-“

The Holy warrior was interrupted when a big hand grabbed his head with a strong grip before sending him straight into the barbed wire.

“AHH!!” The soldiers screamed.

“It means that you should avoid being pushed into it.” Said Wiper.

“Let's do this. I haven’t had a good fight in a while. ” Said Zoro.

“Wiper, wait! I have a message from Kamakiri, it's about God Enel!” Laki said as she ran to him.

“That can wait until we deal with these guys. I also need to save Aisa.” 

“What!. What happened to Aisa?” Laki seemed to have gone paler.

Wiper pointed at the snake. “She is in there.”

“Oh no….” Laki looked desperate.

“Don’t worry, snakes don’t chew their food. She should be alive in there. Well, save her.” Vivi tried to reassure Laki without much success.

“Oh!, I almost forgot! Nami also got eaten.” Said Zoro nonchalantly.

Vivi smacked his head. ”Don’t be so casual about it!” 

“I'll do something about it…anyways, I don’t think that guy is just going to sit there and let us do whatever we want.” Zoro pointed at the Priest and his dog.

“What about this?, Zoro and I will keep the Priest and his dog busy while Wiper and Laki take down the snake.”

“Why should we cooperate with you?!” Wiper looked at them with disdain.

“Because we have a common enemy, among other reasons…” Said Vivi.

“Come on Wiper, let's put our differences aside. We need to save Aisa!” Begged Laki.

Wiper grunted but nodded. 

He then prepared his bazooka and charged toward the snake.

“Holy, attack!” The dog ran to Wiper and tried to punch him, but was sent away by a stream of water.

“Zoro, ill take the dog while you take the bald swordsman.” Said Vivi.

“Fine by me!.” Zoro took out his swords and went towards his opponent.

“My name is Ohm, not bald swordsman. And my dog is called Holy. Is best if you remember the name of the ones who will kill you.” With a quick movement, Ohm's sword rushed forward like a whip.

Holy stood in front of Vivi while doing a martial arts pose.

“Let me guess…you found a lost puppy and taught him martial arts.” Said Vivi.

Ohm was too busy with Zoro to answer but the Holy seemed to have understood her and nodded.

‘Ugg, this sucks, I don’t like hurting animals, but I don’t have much of a choice now.’

Holy jumped in the air and attacked Vivi with a spinning kick.

“Water jet” She gained some distance and then shot forward both of her arms. 

As expected, Holy blocked her attacks with no difficulty but then Vivi detached her arms, surprising the dog quite a bit.

Her arms turned into dense water and moved to his head.

Vivi create two new arms at the cost of reducing her size a little bit and then focused on the water attached to Holy.

“Water prison!” The water moved quickly and covered the dog's head completely.

Holy tried desperately to remove the water, but it was useless. 

“Sorry. I'm just a really bad opponent for those who rely only on physical attacks.” She said with a sad smile.

The dog ran around, punched the water, and tried everything that He could think of, but He was never trained for a scenario like this, and soon enough, He passed out.

Vivi then retrieved the water and assimilated it back into her body.

“Holy!” Ohm looked in horror as his partner collapsed but He could not help as Zoro was keeping him in place.

“He is not dead.” At Vivi's words, Ohm's gaze fell upon her immediately.

“He is just unconscious. I don’t like killing animals…” Vivi clarified.

“Thank you for that,” Ohm said those words before continuing his fight with Zoro.

‘That should be over soon. Maybe I should help Wiper with the snake.’

At that moment, the giant snake made a tremendous sound and started to wiggle around like crazy.

She thought that maybe Wiper had shot it with that ridiculous bazooka of his but the shaken expressions on his and Lakis's faces indicated that something different is happening.

‘Let's hope Luffy comes out of there soon because Enel is coming.‘
