Anyone donating $10 or more can now use this form to submit transformation requests that will go right into the Random TF Selector I have built. Most of what are in there already have been adapted from submissions for SEX IN THE CARDS, but I wanted to now make a form dedicated to PLEASURE CRUISE.

Because of the nature of PLEASURE CRUISE's narrative more varied and wild transformations are possible, so let's see what you send in and what gets picked!

You can use the form more than once, but please only ONE transformation per submission.
