Questions from Patreon Part 83 - Final Fantasy VII Remake Followup

You can send in questions by messaging my on Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/SebastianSB/ Infenes: In your latest podcast-type video about FFVIIR, you talk about how you inevitably ended up playing the FFXIII collection - to which I say God damn that's unlucky, and that you do not generally think you will like the classic FFVII. I generally agree with you that you may not, knowing your criticisms about the franchise as a whole and the kind of turn-based gameplay it offers. Would that opinion change if the game is both turn-based, but way more narrative-driven? Also, would the opinion change if the actions you take during your character actions, require additional input? One game that comes to mind is Legend of Dragoon. It is a classic JRPG with turn-based combat similar to classic FF titles, but attacks require additional input for extra movesets and damage; and grinding/exploring is not a focus for the game as the overworld keeps pushing you forward. I have been a part of your channel for a long time, but honestly cannot think of similar games that you have played, but would like your thoughts on this. Naturally, not knowing the game will result in a lot of conjecture, but I would genuinely like your thoughts about it regardless.
