Phone system part 4 - Fixing last weeks issues (Patreon)

It's a miracle...
I've spent this weekend on adding another layer of abstraction to the code to fix last weeks problems before running out of time. only a small issue with scrolling remained that I'll fix next weekend.
This version keeps track of messages correctly and this time the replies are sent after pressing the send button.

everything from here on should be as easy as pie, I'm going to wrap up the sms system and ask what you want me to work on next, get your suggestions ready.
