Phone system part 2 - The realism layer (Patreon)

It took lots of trial and errors but I'm proud to announce that the typing and replying is back and working. This time with full control  over how it's shown handed over to you. Now you can fully control those small details that we usually notice about people just by looking at that small notice that shows when they are typing.
The replying is a bit finicky and needs a bit of refinement, but now the text is typed in before it's sent.

Also added some comment explaining what each line does inside game/phone/phone example.rpy
