Shigaraki is basically like Deku where he gets really messed up using his own quirk and he looks badass while being fucked up. Also shigaraki had to reach the minimum level of development in order to gain more power from the doctor just like Deku had to reach the minimum level in season 1 to gain one for all. Shigaraki is in a lot of ways just a negative version of Deku while Deku is positive. But you will see how even more insane Deku can be later on in the series. Next season is going to be the war! Hope you guys will be ready and studio bones does it justice cause it is the biggest arc yet!

This arc is actually top tier in the manga. In the anime they cut stuff out and it was just generally better in the manga and the characters had a lot more detail and growth. People say MVA is one of the better arcs in shonen jump. MVA is just the start of peak MHA though. That is why a lot of people were pissed with how the anime did this arc. It could have been a top tier arc in anime.

Is anyone else feeling like the heros are screwed lol. Shigaraki levels up, gets a whole damn army, a titan looking mf, and is still goingnto get hella power while on the other hand we lost all might and mirio and it seems like the only heros that could put up a margin of a fight are endeavor and the top 10

While I understand why a manga reader might be disappointed with some cut scenes, as an anime only I still thought this arc was pretty fucking good. I will go back and read what cut out though

Yeah Shigaraki is nuts but Aizawa can just nullify him right? That titan dude is a bit of a problem though

Not sure what's happening anymore their changing and getting rid of character development .....I cant even finish an episode so my hero in my opinion .... let me emphasize my opinion. Is trash now ..... if you cant follow the story and also literally g
