The trauma of an Avatar is something I wanted the writers to dive into with Aang because they kind of brushed off a lot with the things he went through.

Korra went through a lot of trauma in a short amount of time. She just wanted to be the avatar and save the world, but the villains from the first three seasons each took something from her. After the state she was left in from the poison, she was scared. I think what she's going through was handled pretty realistically. There are those who never get over trauma, no matter how much time passes. It's not as simple as forgetting about it or moving on. Korra has been running from her title of being the avatar, but I'm looking forward to seeing you guys finish out the rest of her journey. Hope you both enjoy it.
