Sneak Peek: P.B. Cooper Character Concepts! (Patreon)

A weird quirk of how non-compete clauses work in trad pub is that I'm, er, not allowed to work on two similar YA graphic novels that come out at the same time, or they'd be considered "in competition", so I've been working the past year or so on branching out my target audience age range! SLASHER U has been kind of my adults-only project (despite morphing into a video game VERY early in the process, haha), and here's my other end of the spectrum: A middle-grade title I'm working on, "P.B. COOPER: CRYPTID HUNTER"! P.B. is a kid who's obsessed witht he supernatural/cataloging cryptids, and thinks his unassuming parents are just regular joes who are discouraging of his passion - when in reality, his dad and mom, D.B. and Alice Cooper, are secretly international super-agent cryptid hunters themselves!
