HISTORY HIGH Chapter 1 Sneak Peek! (Patreon)

I absolutely busted my ass drawing this horse, LMAO.

Here's the first 8 pages of HISTORY HIGH!!!!!! This project started as a super fun goofy way for me to blow off steam and flex my comics muscles BUT it really quickly turned into a super intense and beloved new universe I'm SUPER SUPER SUPER excited to share with you guys.

FUN FACTS:

- The design on Henry's horse blinders is a red Tudor rose. Yes I love being Super Obvious!

- Katrina Appleseed is inspired by Madeline Hatter from Ever After High AND the absolutely true and ridiculous story of Johnny Appleseed

- Tadhana's jacket is based on an old N7 Mass Effect hoodie I used to own :V

- Henry's armor is inspired by The White Knight / Darling Charming from Ever After High's lineart and color scheme! The White Knight is a super super close-to-my-heart thing (cough cough, trans feelings) and it just felt right for Henry to be wearing this stupid ridiculous over-the-top I Am The Good Guy Right Guys??? Guys??? armor.

- Each member of the Jousting Team has a unique uniform based on their own time zone / a mishmash of their personality based on how long they've attended History High!

I'm aiming for a full launch (with Chapter 1 Part 1 - above!) by the end of the month, and am hosting it independently which will be a bit of an adventure but I'm REALLY excited/pumped/proud of this and I'm just happy it's gonna be on the internet for everyone to read if they want <3
