Doing art on a schedule tends to make you get laser focused on doing the things you've always done faster, but not always better.  After a decade & change I've not really gotten all that much better, just faster.  No matter how fast I get life just keeps throwing shit in my way so I never get ahead on anything.  But I'm still trying to improve even if it's stilted and slow.
