UPDATE SCHEDULE - MARCH (Patreon)

Hey guys! After four months of being extremely stressed and unsure if I’m doing a good job here on Patreon — I’ve decided to settle things with a schedule.

This is the update schedule for March, created based on poll percentages. I took the top four polled stories, Black Velvet, Wicked Boy, DARLING, and further behind — Erebos. Then I chose the two highest-polling ten-tier additions, then The Blue House of 1478 and Cherry Bomb (who actually has a rising readership comparable to HUXXX and Teach Me!) Seraphino will remain sporadic as it is a plot-heavy book and may even turn into a trilogy, that’s my pet project, and I'm not too fond of the feeling of rushing it.

This is not a stagnant schedule. I will repoll ten tier patrons on the 30th of each month to create the next month’s writing schedule, so make sure to vote on polls, and ‘heart’ the chapters you enjoy so that I know which stories have a readership.

5-6 pm will become admin hours, where I send out discord codes to new patrons, package mail, work on stickers, respond to comments and messages, and check in on Discord. If I finish chapters early/create backstock of chapters, I will move onto extras — such as lore sheets, Q&As, character sheets, etc.

I will be limiting the amount of time I spend on book-related things outside of my writing hours, as it is affecting my personal life and relationships.

I will be test-running this schedule this month and see if this is sustainable as a working schedule for me and practical for chapter output. I’m posting my writing schedule as well so everyone can sort of understand how I’ve managed it and why updates are spaced the way that they are. It might also help to show everyone why it can sometimes feel like you aren’t seeing a lot of your favorite story — a month seems like a long time, but in reality it is not a lot of time to work with! I might be biting off more than I can chew, but that’s the purpose of this month — to work out any kinks that come up.

This will be beneficial to newly pledging patrons/existing patrons because you all will know roughly what you’re getting for your monetary support. This may also be advantageous to me to be more realistic about my output of chapters. Hence, I stop stress-posting and over-explaining my situation every 3-4 business days, 😭 and also so that I can be more health-conscious and take off days to spend with my daughter.

I hope that this is good news! I’m sorry if your favorite story has fewer chapters than others. This is just a test for functionality, and if I can do more, I will do more.

Again, polls will be crucial and available to ten-tier patrons.
