I don't have time to do the whole topic selection this month so our topic for this month is a quote from Tolkien's The Fellowship of the Ring describing the celebration that sets off the whole ordeal: "A PARTY OF SPECIAL MAGNIFICENCE".

Interpret that how you will. Magnificently monstrous? A party of rangers? A special power holding them together?
