Hope this post finds you well! Just doing a quick catchup as we move into June. Crazy isn't it? We're almost halfway through another different kind of crazy weird year. 2 weeks ago, I shared with you guys on my plans and thumbnail sketches of the upcoming project, Meatier Showers: Swole Mates. For this past week, I've been working (offline), extrapolating some thumbnails into full page drafts and test driving some comic pages. So far I'm about 2 draft pages in, as you can see in a snippet of page 2 below:

Surprisingly, I realized I didn't need the first 3 pages of the thumbnails, and that having those extra pages just made things a whole lot more confusing. So it's actually been good to do a trial run of things like pacing, workflow and just trying to find my rhythm.

Next month, I'll go into more detail on my personal findings with regards to the story, my creative choices and share with everyone the PAGE 1 DRAFT of Meatier Showers: Swole Mates. As such, starting with June as we transition out of the 10th Anniversary Project, we will see both the finished pages of that project, and releases of Swole Mates pre-production material over the following months. My current goal is to produce at least 2 draft pages per month, all the way till 2022. By the end of this year, I hope to have a working, downloadable  prototype for everyone to read.
