Requests + updates (August 2022) (Patreon)

As we enter into August, my health woes have only gone from bad to worse.  While I finally now have a doctor to help with current medical situation, along with a prescription for Prozac to help with my panic attacks and anxiety, whilst driving to city 20 miles away to get bloodwork drawn, I suffered no less than five panic attacks on the way there and back.

Things only got worse for me on Saturday;  I was feeling more anxious than I usually do, and I decided to get up on my treadmill to try to walk away some stress - instead, my heartrate increased by a lot and was experiencing an acute shortness of breath.

With four adults under my roof but only one car, which was gone thanks to one of them using it to go see a friend or something, I had no choice to call an ambulance to take me to emergency room.  As I waited for it, I had yet another panic attack - the first one I've had inside my home instead of on the road.

After an ambulance ride that felt like it took forever, I finally got to the hospital - was hooked up to an IV, given valium to calm me down and stayed put there for three hours before being given some Ativan to more directly help deal with my anxiety before finally going home.

Suffice to say this is going to be a very shitty month, especially when the medical bills roll in.  Once they do, I will likely consider re-opening commissions once again.
