Hello everyone!

I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve had this topic requested a lot over the time I’ve been doing ASMR and I decided to try and make a comforting audio. It was a little tricky, I was worried I’d say or do the wrong thing, but I think it’s turned out okay 💗

Reminder to everyone that it's okay to go to therapy if you feel like something isn't right. ASMR roleplays are nice to listen to, but remember to seek professional help if you feel like you can't get through things alone. Even sometimes just a listening pair of ears from a friend or family can help you get through things. Best of luck to everyone that is also battling with depression and/or traumas, remember there are people out there that can help you! 👊

You’re exactly right Robin, therapy is the absolute best course of action when it comes to depression. Having someone there to talk to can do wonders for your mental health! I hope I can be a little pick-me-up in between those sessions 💫

I am very fortunate in life that I very rarely have mentally down days and I am usually the one who cheers people up. Not saying I don't need it myself but seeing this makes me glad that people that are going through it have you to help them out, even if it is just a little. Sometimes you need a Mommy like woman to hold you and tell you it's going to be alright!
