IMPORTANT - Patreon Changes Going Ahead (Please read!) (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well!
I wanted to do an update to explain some of the changes coming to this Patreon starting in September.
There's a bunch of text but I hope you'll read through it all!

For a while I've felt like I've underpriced my Patreon and now it's coming back to bite me.
Since June last year I've done Monthly Exclusive Patreon Rewards for $1 under the notion that I wanted as many people as possible to be able to access them.
Some friends and peers who also do Patreon charge around $5-10 for similar rewards but I wanted to stick to my guns of allowing the majority to access the images.
Unfortunately this lead to some issues as of late with leechers pledging a dollar and illegitimately sharing the Reward Images to servers, websites and illegal leeching websites.
The combination of these recent issues and the feeling that I have been underpricing my art has led me to make these changes.
I haven't made massive changes as I don't wish to alienate anyone, but there's a handful of notable ones below:

Starting in September, the $1 tier will still allow you to see any WIP's as well as the ability to vote in the polls for the Monthly Reward Images, but it will no longer allow you to access the Reward Images themselves when they're finished.
The previous reward images from 2019 to now will still be accessable to keep things fair, but all future ones from September onwards won't be.

Starting in September, the $2 tier will stay much the same as it's always been, but now you'll only have access to the Monthly Reward Images through pledging to this tier!
Along with these changes, I've also decided that there will be a small watermark on the Monthly Exclusive Pieces.  The watermark will be small, non-intrusive and in the corner of the image but will brand the image as an exclusive Patreon-only piece.


Apart from these changes, my Patreon is staying much the same for now.
I really enjoy doing the Monthly Reward Images and will keep doing them, all of your support over the past year and so has been amazing and I thank you all so much for sticking around.
Eventually I want to introduce a $5 tier and also start doing some milestone rewards, but I need to figure out what they should entail before that. (Maybe I could decide through asking you guys in future?)
