An Awesome Update on my Upcoming Comic Series (Patreon)

Hey guys, I know there hasn't been any new writing posted in a while. Keyword is posted- there is plenty of new writing to share for all my patrons I just have not gotten it ready for posting yet and some things I'm unsure of sharing in their current state. I've still been writing a LOT though.

I probably will share these things but they'll have a large disclaimer slapped on them that this is just the first draft and it might be very unpolished. 

Writing is an ongoing process and the reason I have not posted any in a while is because with my Editor's help I have been weaning myself off of writing long 8 page summaries for my comic's rough draft.

Instead, all the 'comic' writing will be in the manuscript form I posted the other day. I'll probably still write little story beats to myself, but those won't be shared since they're more like instructions on how to frame the comic. Patrons will still get access to the

My goal is to release "World of Battle" as an ongoing series sometime next year, and I have a lot of training to do before I'm even remotely at the part where I can start drawing it. Current goal is to be able to draw on the level of a professional mangaka within 6 months from now. 

It may seem a lofty goal, but its one both me and my editor are confident I can acchieve because of my dedication and fast learning speed when it comes to art.

These are the things I need to master before actual comic creation can begin:
Anatomy
Gesture
Comic Composition
Inking Speed
Coloring in a Marker style for Color Pages

This may sound daunting, but I'm hyped as hell for this amazing training montage

For writing, I want to have an expansive world ready to tell stories in from day 1. A fully realized setting, so you can expect LOTS more lore documents, character idea bios, terminology, setting details and more starting very soon.

I have been very inspired lately and I am trying to change myself into the ideal 'creative me'. I have something to work for now. A drive, a burning passion in my heart.
