Phase five (Patreon)

So now I have my multiple layers of my models, which I merged, removing parts here and there and keeping the color where I needed it. This was what I wound up with. 

But he still didn't blend in. I needed light, and a base color.

next is the base color I picked from the darkest part of the boat. 

The last image is when I took an enhanced copy of the base photo of my final, and ran it through a process called screen, which basically simulates sunlight on an object. But I didn't need my whole character lit up, so I erased what I didn't need and left the highlights where the light would hit.
