Sorry, I neglected to do an update. My apologies. My nose is better but they never figured out what was wrong. So far no more nose bleeding but I'm having a small bit down the back of my throat still but it's tapered off so much I'm pretty sure it's quit or about to.

When I went to have the inflatable tampon removed from my nose, I apparently crashed. They were unable to detect a blood pressure manually or machine for a few minutes. Then it slowly came back up. No one can explain that. The best I can come up with a long with Sharon (who was there) is that it was my anxieties and maybe some combination of cataplexy. I've only had a few episodes of that in my life. (Think fainting goat) and usually it's occurred when I've been seriously startled or there is a particular pitch of sound. I found this out the hard way when I went to shoot skeet oneway. Fired a shot gun and blacked out for about 2 seconds.

I didn't take many pain pills or anti-nausea. Once I got the dehydration under control I was a lot better. However pain pills of any kind aggravate my depression so I've been working slowly getting the edits on Nox. It doesn't help that I've had to do some serious edits on that. My plan this week is to put A Very Chimera Christmas into a PDF to give to all the patrons, then look into doing a print version to sell on my website or amazon. Although Amazon will hide it and make it impossible to find.

Any how, that's all the news. Sorry for the delay. I've had my nose to the grindstone as much as possible.

Thank you everyone for your love and support :)

Sorry, my computer keyboard slipped! I was just going to say, do let me know how you get on if you try out the luminotherapy. It's interesting to be able to share other people's experiences
