DevLog #36: April Status Update (Patreon)

Hello!

This past month, I've released the last major update for the early access campaign of Light Fairytale. On this new build you can finally play with Kuroko as the main character!

This new optional playthrough features many alternate events and some new ones too, so please give it a try!

The early access campaign is close to completion. I'm planning to work on it one more month - mostly polishing everything, and then the game should be ready for the full release - hopefully on Monday, May 27!

So, if you have any suggestions or features requests, this is the time to ask!

Quick throwback: When I was looking for an illustration artist for Light Fairytale in 2014, I've commissioned a few Japanese artists to draw the same scene. Here's the results!

In the end I've decided to work with romiy as the portraits artist and I think she did a really good job!

You can also spot the version I drew myself (baka-neko), and the same scene from the Anime - done by Nicca for the character and Sidepillow for the background.
