Project Light - DevLog #1: Party Leader Switch (Patreon)

Hello everyone, and thank you for your support!

This is my first post, the informations here are a bit old, so this will act as a test. I'm mostly just checking out how the post system works here.

This post is about the party leader switch system in Project Light: At anytime in the field / exploration mode, you can press L1 / R1 to do the switch:

The interactions will change depending on who is the current party leader:



The cutscenes will also change depending on who is the current leader, and his position:





As you might expect, this system will require much more work than simple static interactions and cutscenes, but in the end, I really think that this will bring dynamism to the game, as every player will see a slightly different version of the events. This is great for re-playability too!
