I really like that they didn't have Jake's Dad be guilty of the crime. Like, instead of having Jake realise his Dad's not a great guy because he committed a crime, they had him realise it because he's just a terrible Father. Idk, I just feel like it would've been really easy for them to just have him be a criminal and that's what makes Jake finally kinda give up on him, so having it be him just once again not showing up was good I think. It makes me really sad that Jake worked so hard to clear his Dad's name, believed in the fact that he was innocent, brought him back and did all that work, only for Roger to not even thank him or show up to celebrate when HE is the one who suggested it and said he'd buy everyone drinks. Holt telling Jake he's proud of him was such a good moment and the look on Jake's face breaks my heart every time because that's him finally getting the praise from a father figure that he both craves and deserves... Gotta say I've never really been a fan of that thing Gina says to Amy and Terry about implying they're Asexual Nerds and all that. Just the fact that it was said in a way that made it seem like being Asexual is weird. It's just that this show is usually so good at being inclusive and not saying anything that could be insulting to someone of any sexuality, and as someone who kinda thinks she might be Asexual it's just a line that makes me a little uncomfortable. I honestly think it's just because of the show. Because they don't usually make that sorta thing the punchline in a joke, and they're so good with other issues, so having that jab in there feels kinda wrong... Does that make sense? (Other shows I don't think I'd feel quite the same way with... Idk, it's weird...) Gotta love Charles though! I love how he was so protective of Jake all through the episode, he was constantly warning Jake about Roger and very against him, but the second Roger ACTUALLY let Jake down he didn't say "I told you so" or anything, he comforted him and tried to make him feel better. He is such an amazing friend... Also, the problem thingy... Yeah I still don't know the answer and it annoys me so much! Haha

Just checked and they changed the situation for this riddle since adding heavier or lighter and keeping other variables the same. That used to be the answer years ago but with one change I believe it might be unsolvable in this scenario. Shame.

I get the thing about the asexual joke. The show is usually very progressive and conscious, so whenever they make a joke at a group's expense, it feels extra wrong. It's how I felt about the fatphobia in 1x4 or with "Fat Terry". It feels very out of place because usually they make fun of tropes rather than rely on them for a quick laugh.
