This Jill might be the most annoying non-killer character in the series. And I *hated* how they framed this as a feminist issue. Like, no? The reason why people told her off isn't because she's a woman, but because she's fame-hungry and unprofessional in the pursuit of a potential serial killer. This would still be true if it was a man. There is 100% a difference between how men and how women and their ambitions are seen, but this was definitely not the example to use.

The one thing I didn’t like about this episode was the Rossi and Jill ‘connection’. He felt so much for her that he would lie to the team. How can he feel so responsible for a woman he barely knows? It would’ve made sense if she was a victim but she only became one towards the end. I kinda dislike when shows force feed us on how similar characters are instead of leaving it in the subtext for us to infer.
