I'm not about to sit here and talk about how much I love China or how awesome the people are or anything like that, this Friday I would like to quickly talk about the over all feeling of genuine openness and hospitality that I've experienced during my adventures through rural China

I've found it to be true almost everywhere I've travelled, the more remote and rural a place, the more hospitable and welcoming the people are and China is no exception. No matter where China ends up, no matter how closed off it may become, nothing will change the fantastic experiences and wonderful people that I've met during my years adventuring through China.

The reason why I don't let the hate and attacks against me and my family by the ultra-nationalists get me down is because I always remember the good guys who have humbled me with their generosity.

Now let's not forget your early ADVChina release, and this week we rode through some incredibly interesting residential areas on the outskirts of Hanoi, and I mean really interesting! We discuss the fact that Many Asian cultures share the same roots and it's easy for the uninitiated to make mistakes and mix them all up! Can't wait for you all to see what life is like down those ancient little alleyways!

Here's the video(please give it about an hour to process as it's fresh and still low resolution): https://youtu.be/TJtlDe5ZGvg

Your great perspective reminds me of Eric Idle's "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life," from Monty Python's "Life of Brian." I really admire that, and no matter how far you travel, it's good to know that most* people are the same -- just trying to get by and find a little bit of enjoyment when they can.
