Here's a picture of me and my friends on my birthday (not sure how old I was, but probably 6 or 7?) That's me second from the left, and we're holding a python. I used to always enjoy my birthdays because my dad would always host them at his Snake Park. My father is quite a character and was well known internationally for his exploits catching and breeding snakes and reptiles. I remember even at a very young age being dragged through the African bush on his snake capturing expeditions.

That's me in the tree on my dad's knee, I'm pretty sure that this was in Namibia (South West Africa at that time) and I think that he was out to catch a python that had been eating a farmer's goats or something like that. I'm pretty sure that these early adventures and watching my father wrestle crocodiles and catch spitting cobras etc instilled me with my taste for adventure.

I have a great many interesting stories to tell from my childhood and I'll try and slip them into some of my upcoming videos but for now I present you with your exclusive early release for ADVChina and this week we're talking about scams to avoid in Vietman:

Hope you enjoy it and have a fantastic weekend!

Wow, you should be doing videos of YOUR life! My sister went to the World Games in Johannesburg as a gymnast for the U.S., but they canceled the games due to apartheid. She later received 3rd in the World in Russia against Olga Korbut (who now lives in Phoenix). Little known facts. I've had a strange life.
