One thing I love about Sasha (my wife who I'm not sure if you know is also a doctor) is her enthusiasm and positivity, it  has been a driving force in my life and at the risk of sounding soppy and sentimental, I honestly think that she gave me a second lease on life when I had pretty much given up on ever being happy.

(took this a few days ago)

I'm sure you all know the story of how we met, but one thing that I failed to mention is that prior to us dating, we were friends, well you know the deal, friends who were attracted to each other but circumstances wouldn't allow for anything more than that.

Motorcycles were a big part of how our relationship was formed and I'm so happy to say that Sasha still has a massive interest in bikes, she couldn't wait to try the new Kawasaki (try ride pillion of course) as she absolutely loved my old CB400 and that was actually her excuse to meet up with me in the beginning because she wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle.

(Sasha with the new Kawasaki last week)

Back in the day she used to come over to meet me once a week and I taught her how to ride a motorcycle (not the CB, it's way too heavy) and that's how our relationship blossomed.

At the time I was going through a divorce (already separated) and Sasha was going through something pretty tough at the time too (I won't go into details as I respect her privacy), thing is she really was in a dark spot, and to cheer her up I made a video entitled: "Stay Awesome", the video is still on my channel and here it is:

And the phrase stuck, I know how difficult life can be at times and sometimes all it takes is that little bit of a reminder and encouragement to stick through the tough times, in other words,

- Stay Awesome!
