Well this one certainly didn't go as I'd expected, Gregor's alive!?! Also the way this ended has me so hyped for the final, I have so many questions!!

The droid arc in the Clone Wars wasn't great but at least it gave us Gregor! Characters returning and callbacks can come from anywhere. There's an episode next season that continues a story thread from early Clone Wars. People only had to wait about 15 years!

The clone commandos being brought back after so many years of obscurity was amazing, besides their brief appearance in clone wars with delta squad in the savage arc and Gregor in the droid arc this is their first canon appearance and they look so good. The tk trooper armour is an in-between for clone troopers to storm troopers, the shape of the helmets looks imperial but the visor is more republic

Absolutely loving how they're bringing these characters back, first with Cut since he only got one episode and now with Gregor who was the main highlight of a rather lacklustre arc, can’t wait to see who else comes back as so far they keep adding so much amazing stuff to all of them.

It’s so cool that these guys were first introduced in a game and now have gone on to the ones who train the new army for the Empire, the way they’ve been incorporated into ‘canon’ is so phenomenal and it adds such a cool layer to the Empire as well. Also really like how there’s an in-between state before we get to the official Storm Troopers; they're building them up while showing how the Empire is developing them and I’m so hoping they come out of it feeling more powerful than when we saw them in the Original Trilogy, granted having Jedi and Sith around is gonna make anyone look weak in comparison.
