So, I know you guys are LOVING the quickies lately, but my hope for you (maybe wishful thinking, but what else is the magic of the holidays for?) is that you actually have some time and space over the next couple weeks to spend on an hour rolling sesh. 

Put on a lovely, relaxing playlist, clear the schedule and your space, and perform this radical act of self-love. This class was a live class that was also being recorded, in case you pick up on the personalizations. If you want to come to a live class, join us! Anyway, this class is lovely and loaded with:

- shins (tibalis anterior)

- deep hamstring stretch

- quads

- glutes

- lower back

- upper back

- rotator cuff

- triceps

- calves

- anterior chest and shoulder stretch

**This is my last roll class release for 2023. It's surreal to write 2023, let alone 2024. In my mind, it's still 2011. Thankfully it's not though, because then I wouldn't have met you all yet! Have a wonderful rest of December, my friends. I will see you in January!

Ok so by the time I finished the tricep rolling my jaw released in a super significant way? I struggle with nighttime grinding so my jaw is often so tight, and this was the wildest relief. Why, though? Any ideas with your fascial knowledge, Maggie?
