This week is Thanksgiving, so our Thursday night Roll class is on hiatus. In its place is this gentle mobility and rolling class and let me tell you, it's utterly divine. And since I'm so grateful for you all, this class has been released to ALL tiers of membership and EVEN THE PUBLIC! So share it with friends. <3

I created this class at the request of patron Hannah R. Consider this the thing you do when you're not in the mood to work out, but want to stretch, open up and and feel better. 

I tried to shoot for 20 minutes, but as expected it turned out to be around 27. While the class focuses on hip mobility, your core is activated most of the time. Here's what's inside:

1-4 minutes | spiral stretch and cat/cows

4-5 minutes | quad roll

5-6 minutes | plank

6-12 minutes | hip flexor roll and activation, spinal rotations

12-23 minutes | glute roll and activation

23-27 minutes | lower back roll, upper back roll

**If you haven't taken my classes before, they don't include music. Choose music in your space that's gently energetic. Here's an idea for a playlist if you'd like one!
