Okay soo...I forgot to hit record in this class until AFTER we had spent 13 minutes rolling out the feet. So if you're in the mood to start with that, get yourself over to the "Foot Roll" tidbit, then come join this class. :)

Also, there are two things you're not crazy for noticing in this class:

1.) The lighting  changes from cool to warm continuously throughout the class. It might be distracting. I didn't understand why this kept happening but I've figured it out and it shouldn't be a thing anymore! (It was a white balance thing)

2.) There is a dog in the frame. That's Panther. He's a gooboiye.  

Requests in this live class were:

- glutes and hips

- inner thighs

- calves

- peroneals (ankle stabilizers in the lower leg)

- rib cage

You'll want a roller and two tennis balls or something similar.
